Ircon-Solaronics has successfully started its gas Infrared dryers and air-dryer on the KM3 board machine @ Folding Boxboard Eerbeek B.V.

Ircon-Solaronics has been selected to improve the non-contact dryers located on the coating stations of the Eerbeek board machine, and  delivered, installed and started-up  two UniDryer®    systems equipped with high efficient GEM12-HI emitters and one FoilMaster® gas heated air dryer equipped with twin impingement blowing nozzles.

The main objectives of this project were to do Energy savings resulting in cost saving, and reduction of Nox and CO2 emissions and improve hall climate using Ircon-Solaronics high efficient non-contact dryers.

The Eerbeek mill produces virgin fiber cartonboard for the food, personal care and pharma sector, resulting in very high-quality requirements.
