Ircon-Solaronics supplied Greenpaper® with one gas infrared drying system GemDryer® after a new coater on its PM #3 as well as an emitter upgrade on another coating station. The start-up of the system took place during 2020.
The goal of the rebuild was to increase drying capacity and adapt the drying to the new situation. Thanks to its compactness and unique design, coupled with the use of high performance Gem12E emitters, the system meets the customer needs in terms of high-power density, ease of maintenance and low operating costs.
